...on having been selected to exhibit and sell your artwork at the 38th Annual Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival! Mark your calendar! The festival dates are November 5th 6th & 7th 2010 & we can’t wait to see you in Pensacola!

Below you will find some basic information regarding your next steps.

Space Assignments: When you pay for your booth, you will also have an opportunity to request a specific booth location. Please make a note in the comments area on the Pay Pal page. Every effort will be made to honor your request, however because of space limitations booths are assigned on a first-come first-served basis. If you have questions about the park layout or the booths, please let us know.

In early October, you will be notified of your space assignment. Booths are 10’ x 10’.  A limited number of double booth spaces are available for an additional $250.00.

Artists’ Check In: Check-in will take place on Thursday, November 4th, at the gazebo in the center of Seville Square. Seville Square is located in Pensacola's historical district on East Government Street, between Alcaniz and Adams Streets.  You will receive information about booth setup times with your artist packet in early October.

Judging: Judging will begin precisely at 8:00 a.m. (for booths on the perimeter) on Friday, November 5th. Specific information will be included in your artist packet and at check-in.

Awards: $25,000 in awards will be presented at the artists' party on Friday night. Party information will be included in your check-in packet.

Sales Tax: Artists will be required to collect 7.5% Florida sales tax. Information and forms will be included in your check-in packet.

Accommodations: Please check the Web site in August for a listing of hotels/motels offering preferred rates for artists. Additionally, you may call the Pensacola Bay Area Convention and Visitors Bureau at 1.800.874.1234.

Festival Rules: Festival specifics were provided online with the artists’ application; they are still available for your reference. Additional rules and information will be provided in your check-in packet.
